I am here to help with personal or relationship problems or life crises. I bring nearly forty years of clinical experience in helping clients gain insight, peace of mind, and better relationships.
The process is usually brief: two to four meetings, then a re-evaluation.
My primary method is talk therapy, with an emphasis on insight and reworking personal beliefs (cognitive restructuring). I also use EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for clients who are dealing with the aftermath of trauma or abuse, or who suffer from low self esteem.
